Phoenix Mills Ltd allots 29250 shares

The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of The Phoenix Mills Limited in its meeting held today i.e. December 17, 2018 (which commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 11.45 a.m.) has allotted 29,250 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up at an exercise price of Rs. 333.90/- per share to the grantees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to The Phoenix Mills Employees Stock Option Plan 2007.

Consequent upon allotment of the above shares, the equity share capital of the Company stand increased from present level of 15,32,42,601 (Nos.) to 15,32,71,851 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of The Phoenix Mills Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.612 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 618.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 406 in over 84 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 631.4 and intraday low of 611.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 252137.
