Core Projects allots 493638 equity shares on conversion of FCCBs

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee constituted by the Board at its meeting held on January 16, 2008 had allotted 493,638 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- on conversion of FCCB's.

With this allotment the paid capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 16,10,05,588 comprising 8,05,02,794 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
