Hero Motocorp Ltd allots 7884 shares

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Hero Motocorp Ltd at its meeting held today has allotted 7,884 equity shares of face value of INR 2/- each to the eligible employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the following Plans framed under Employee's Incentive Scheme 2014.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. With this allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to INR 39,94,38,678 divided into 19,97,19,339 equity shares of face value of INR 2/- each.

Shares of HERO MOTOCORP LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2877.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2892.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12178 in over 956 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2935 and intraday low of 2870. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 35120766.
