Muthoot Finance allots 120327 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of Muthoot Finance Limited at its meeting held at Registered Office of the Company on September 19, 2018 has allotted 1,20,327 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each under Muthoot ESOP 2013. Post allotment the paid up Capital of the Company is increased from Rs. 4,00,09,14,440 consisting of 40,00,91,444 equity shares to Rs. 4,00,21,17,710 consisting of 40,02,11,771 equity shares.
