HDFC AMC IPO receives subscription of 83.04 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of HDFC Asset Management Company Limited (HDFCAMC) has received over-whelming response from investors with the issue garnering subscription of 83.04 times.

The issue has received total bids for 1,56,14,50,202 equity shares against the total issue size of 1,88,04,290 equity shares. Out of this, 4,99,11,667 equity shares are bid at cut-off price.

HDFCAMC came with IPO of 25,457,555 Equity Shares (including anchor portion of 6,653,265 Equity Shares) through 100% book building process in a price range of Rs.1095 to Rs.1100.

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Axis Capital Limited, DSP Merrill Lynch Limited, Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited, CLSA India Private Limited, HDFC Bank Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, IIFL Holdings Limited, JM Financial Limited, J.P. Morgan India Private Limited, Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Private Limited were the Book Running Lead Managers to the issue.

HDFC Securities Limited, IIFL Securities Limited, Kotak Securities Limited and JM Financial Services Limited were the syndicate members to the issue.

Karvy Computershare Private Limited is the registrar to the company.

The IPO opened for subscription on July 25, 2018 and closed today (July 27, 2018).

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2044.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2023.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48496 in over 2360 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2048 and intraday low of 2024. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 98766203.
