Emkay Share and Stock Brokers IPO subscribed 7.82 times

The Initial Public Offering of Emkay Share and Stock Brokers Ltd has got subscription for 7.82 times. The company came out with an of 62,50,000 Equity shares each of Rs.10 each at a price band of Rs.100 to Rs.120. The issue opened on March 31, 2006 and closed on April 7, 2006.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has got subscription for 8.7696 times, Non Institutional Investors portion 8.4891 times, Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion 6.8234 times and the employees portion got subscription for 0.9310 times.
