R Systems International IPO subscribed 3.62 times

The Initial Public Offering of R Systems International Ltd has got subscription for 3.62 times. The IPO of 44,08,355 equity shares of Rs.10 each in a price band of Rs.210 to Rs.250 opened for subscription on March 28, 2006 and closed on March 31, 2006.>BR>
The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has got subscription for 5.0507 times, followed by Qualified Institutional Bidders - 3.7514 times, Non Institutional Investors - 2.3633 times and the employees portion evoked poor response of 0.2137 times.
