Uttam Galva approves issue of US$ 150 Million

Uttam Galva Steels Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 04, 2008, has approved the issue of US$ 150 (One Fifty Millions) Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) / American Depository Receipts (ADRs) / Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) and other securities representing Equity Shares from International Market subject to the approval by the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot.
