Ellora Paper Mills Ltd board to consider preferential issue

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Ellora Paper Mills Ltd shall be held on July 17, 2018 to issue and allot 2,000,000 (Twenty Lakhs) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each to Mr. Sudhir Goenka, as per Resolution Plan approved by National Company Law Tribunal, vide order dated June 26, 2018.
