Biocon Limited, the Promoter of Syngene International Limited, on May 16, 2018 has sold 37,65,574 Equity Shares amounting to 1.88 % of the Equity Share capital of Syngene International Limited through open market sale in accordance with SEBI's Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/43/2018 dated February 22, 2018 read with the requirements of Rules 19{2) (b) and 19(A) of the Securities Contracts (Regulations) Rules, 1957.
