Zenith Fibres AGM approves 15% dividend

Zenith Fibres Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2006, have declared a dividend of 15%. Accordingly, a dividend of Re 1.50 per Equity Share of Rs 10/- will be payable on fully paid shares.
