Enkei Castalloy AGM approves 12.5% dividend

Enkei Castalloy Ltd has announced that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, have declared a dividend of 12.5%. Accordingly, a dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity shares of Rs 10/- each (fully paid up) will be payable.
