Nikhil Adhesives AGM approves 10% dividend, increases authorised share capital

Nikhil Adhesives Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the dividend declared @ 10% on equity shares.

Increased in the Authorised Capital of the Company from Rs 4 Crs to Rs 5 Crs and consequential amendment to the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company.
