Gujarat State Petronet AGM approves 2.5% dividend

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend for the financial year ended 2005-06 @ 2.5% (i.e. 0.25 Paise per share).
