Aarti Industries AGM approves 8% dividend

Aarti Industries Ltd has announced that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Final Dividend at the rate of Rs 0.40 ps per Equity Share on Equity Shares of Rs 5/- declared out of profits of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2006.
