AMD Metplast to issue 20 Lakh preferential warrants

AMD Metplast Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 18, 2007, has approved the issue 20,00,000 Preferential warrants convertible to promoters, each of which would, upon conversion, entitle, them to acquire an equivalent number of equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each.
