Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd allots 57035 shares

Today i.e. May 2, 2018, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ('the Company'), has issued and allotted 57,035 (Fifty Seven Thousand and Thirty Five only) Equity shares of face value INR 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 85,31,85,642 divided into 42,65,92,821 Equity Shares of face value INR 2/- each.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1299.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1306.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 55590 in over 1336 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1317.75 and intraday low of 1290. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 72455332.
