Financial Eyes to change the name to ManKorp Resources Ltd

Financial Eyes India Ltd has announced that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the change of name of the Company from "Financial Eyes (India) Ltd" to new name "ManKorp Resources Ltd" or such other name as may be decided by the Board of Directors and as may be approved by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana and consequent upon the said change in the name of the Company becoming complete and effective subject to necessary provisions and approvals and consequential amendments in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
