OM Metals AGM approves 20% dividend, increases share capital

OM Metals Infraprojects Ltd has announced that the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the following:

1. Declaration of Final Dividend of 20% for the year 2005-06.

2. Issue of securities, not exceeding 3,00,00,000 Equity Shares to Qualified Institutional Buyers.

3. Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs 8,00,00,000/- (8,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each) to Rs 11,00,00,000/- (11,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 1/- each).
