IDFC Ltd grants 89 lacs options

Today, pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016 (ESOS), IDFC Ltd has granted to its eligible employees 89 Lacs options equivalent to 89 Lacs equity shares at a price of Rs. 55.40 per equity share. These options shall vest over a maximum period of 5 years and shall exercisable within a maximum period of 5 years from the date of vesting.

Shares of IDFC LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.58.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 57. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1509080 in over 5375 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 60.15 and intraday low of 55.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 88243641.
