The Nomination and Remuneration & Corporate Governance Committee of Shoppers Stop Ltd has allotted 29,239 equity shares of Rs.5/- each, at an exercise price of Rs. 362/- per share on account of exercise of vested Employee Stock Options by employees under ESOP 2008 Scheme on April 27, 2018.

Post allotment of these shares, the share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 43,99,49,640 divided into 8,79,89,928 shares of Rs. 5/- each.
