Jindal Saw allots 263191 Equity Shares on Conversion of FCCBs

Jindal Saw Ltd has announced that on exercise of the option to convert FCCBs into equity shares by the FCCBs holders, the Company, on December 15, 2007 has allotted number of equity shares to the FCCB holders as mentioned against their names at the pre - determined price of Rs 675/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each.

SWISS Finance Corp. (Mauritius) Ltd was allotted 29243 Shares followed by Morgan Stanley Mauritius Co. Ltd - 116974 No of Shares and Morgan Stanley AND Co. International PLC - 116974 No of Shares.
