Cat Technologies to consider issue of securities

Cat Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 24, 2007, inter alia, to consider the proposal to issue of 40 Million warrants to Promoters and persons acting in concert.

To consider proposal to issue of GDR in Luxemburg Stock Exchange to the tune US$ 20 million.

To consider increase authorized capital of the Company from Rs 36 Crores to Rs 120 Crores.
