Simplex Infrastructures to allot 6400000 shares at Rs 625

Simplex Infrastructures Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on December 13, 2007 has approved the allocation of 6400000 Equity Shares at a price of Rs 625/- per share (face value of Rs 2/- each of the said Equity Shares, premium Rs 623/-) pursuant to Chapter XII-A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 (QIP) and also resolved that the Bid Closing Date for the Issue be on December 13, 2007.
