AXIS Bank allots 41100 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 41,100 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 02.04.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,30,77,872 (256,65,38,936 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,31,60,072 (256,65,80,036 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.498.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 509.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 416520 in over 4311 trades.
