Gayatri Projects Ltd allots 99,46,785 Equity Shares

The Issue and Allotment Committee of Gayatri Projects Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. on March 14, 2018, has approved the allotment of 99,46,785 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.2/- at issue price of Rs.201.07/- per Equity Share including a premium of Rs.199.07 per Equity Share for an aggregate amount of Rs.2000.00 million.
