Promoters buy shares of Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd through open market buying

Dhunseri Petrochem Ltd (DPL), the promoter of Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd (DTIL) increased its stake in the company through open market buying. In a notification to the stock exchange, DPL said it has bought 10,384 equity shares at Rs. 326.97 & 27,360 equity shares at Rs. 327.34 totaling 37744 equity shares through open market purchases.



DPL had 265000 equity shares or 3.78% stake in the company before this purchase, which increased to 302744 equity shares or 4.32%.

Shares of Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.333.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 328.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2470 in over 76 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 344.35 and intraday low of 330. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 834798.
