Hero MotoCorp Ltd promoters increase stake in company

The members of the Promoter and Promoter Group of Hero MotoCorp Limited have bought 2.76 lakh shares (0.14% of capital) of the Company. With the purchase of these shares, the promoter and promoter group shareholding in the Company will increase from 34.63% to 34.77%.

Shares of HERO MOTOCORP LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1594.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1551.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22328 in over 2989 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1633.45 and intraday low of 1564. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 35763391.
