ICICI Prudential Infrastructure Mutual Fund increases stake in Ashiana Housing Ltd

ICICI Prudential Infrastructure Mutual Fund (the Fund) under its various schemes hold equity shares of Ashiana Housing Lt. ICICI Prudential Infrastructure Fund and ICICI Prudential Value Fund - Series 15 has purchased 2,00,000 and 1,00,000 equity shares, respectively of the Company on 27th March 2020 and disclosed the same on 30th March 2020. As a result of the said purchase, the shareholding of the Fund has increased by more than 2% as compared to the previous disclosure made on 30th May 2019 for 5.01%.

Post these purchases, the stake of the mutual fund has increased from 7,143,152 equity shares (6.98%) to 7,443,152 equity shares (7.27%).

Shares of ASHIANA HOUSING LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.50.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 49.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2768 in over 51 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 51.85 and intraday low of 49.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 140502.
