Ashirwad Steels to consider issue of securities

Ashirwad Steels & Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 15, 2007, inter alia, to consider issue of Equity Shares of the Company on a preferential offer basis to promoters, other persons and also to Loan Creditors.
