Capital First Ltd allots 57600 shares

The Allotment Committee of Capital First Ltd through a resolution passed at its meeting held on January 17, 2018, has allotted 57,600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up to the allottees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the various CFL - Employee Stock Option Schemes.

With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 9,88,90,084 (Nos.) to 9,89,47,684 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.789.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 785.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 261079 in over 5411 trades.
