PG Foils to consider preferential issue

PG Foils Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 30, 2007, to consider allotment of warrants which will be converted into equity shares to the strategic investor or persons belonging to non-promoter group on preferential basis.
