South Indian Bank Ltd allots 14,14,746 Equity Shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of South Indian Bank Ltd by a resolution passed today has allotted 14,14,746 Equity Shares of face value Re.1/- each pursuant to exercise of options granted under the South Indian Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme (SIB ESOS - 2008). Post the above allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Bank would stand at Rs. 180,57,92,049/- consisting of 180,57,92,049 Equity shares of Re.1/- each.). These shares are pari-passu in all respects with the existing shares.
