Reliable Ventures Board Meeting on Nov 26, 2007 to consider preferential issue

Reliable Ventures India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 26, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider reissue of forfeited shares on preferential basis to persons other than the promoters.

2. To consider issue of warrants, carrying right to subscribe to equity shares of the Company on preferential basis to promoters and non-promoters in accordance with the SEBI Guidelines.
