HDFC Bank allots 6250000 equity shares

HDFC Bank has allotted on 30.08.2017 6250000 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5150285834 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs. 5162785834 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1775 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1769. The total number of shares traded during the day was 83973 in over 2666 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1780.35 and intraday low of 1757.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 148575720.
