UPL Limited allots 34980 shares

The members of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of UPL Limited have approved the allotment of 34,980 equity shares, by way of Circular Resolution, to the employees on 28th August, 2017 pursuant to exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan - 2006, Grant - I of the Company.
