Dion Global Solutions approves grant of 925000 stock options

In terms of Dion Global Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2013, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held today have approved grant of 9,25,000 (Nine Lac Twenty Five Thousand)Stock Options at an Exercise Price of Rs. 60.00/-

The exercise of the Options is subject to necessary regulatory and statutory approvals.

Shares of DION GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.52 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 51.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18689 in over 167 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 52.95 and intraday low of 48.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 938028.
