The Board of Directors of SRG Housing Finance Ltd in their meeting held today i.e. Monday August 21, 2017 which commenced at 4:00 PM and concluded 7:30 PM, at the registered office of the company, allotted 1,000 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. One Lakh each ('NCDs'), aggregating to Rs. 10 Crore, on the terms and conditions as approved by Board.
