Capial First Ltd allots 55120 shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Capial First Ltd through a resolution passed at its meeting held on August 10, 2017, has allotted 55,120 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up to the allottees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the various CFL - Employee Stock Option Schemes.

With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 9,77,25,424 (Nos.) to 9,77,80,544 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.705.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 704. The total number of shares traded during the day was 65657 in over 2200 trades.
