Lakshmi Vilas Bank Board Meeting To Be Held On July 25,2017

In furtherance of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Lakshmi Vilas Bank held on June 6, 2017 and the subsequent approval of its shareholders at the annual general meeting of the Bank held on July 18, 2017, wherein the shareholders had approved the issue, in one or more tranches, of up to 5,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/-, of the Bank ("Equity Shares") in domestic and/or international market(s), in the form of, among others, a qualified institutional placement to qualified institutional buyers (including with or without a discount of not more than 5% or such percentage as permitted under applicable law).

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will now be held on July 25, 2017 to consider and evaluate the qualified institutional placement to qualified institutional buyers of up to such Equity Shares, as specified above.

Shares of LAKSHMI VILAS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.201.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 200.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 175177 in over 2098 trades.
