India Infoline approves allotment of 15,00,000 warrants

India Infoline Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 01, 2007, has approved the allotment of 15,00,000 equity warrants on preferential basis, as approved by the shareholders in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on October 20, 2007, in accordance with the SEBI guidelines.
