Indusind Bank Ltd approves allotment 44,905 Shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 44,905 (Forty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on June 27, 2017 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
