Baba Arts allots 400000 shares at Rs 44

Baba Arts Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2007, inter alia, has allotted 400000 Equity Shares of Rs 4/- each at a premium of Rs 40/- per share to Mrs. Jyoti G Tanwani belonging to the Promoter Group against exercise of rights for conversion of warrants.
