HDFC approves allotment of 899130 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has today i.e. on June 12, 2017 allotted 8,99,130 equity shares of Rs. 2 each under distinctive numbers from 1589378366 to 1590277495 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 318,05,54,990 consisting of 159,02,77,495 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1642 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1644.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 78390 in over 3355 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1650.5 and intraday low of 1634.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 128773513.
