Wockhardt Ltd approves allotment of 15,200 Equity Shares

The Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Wockhardt Ltd has allotted 15,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each on 8th June, 2017, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.

In view of the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 552,740,140/- (110,548,028 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 552,816,140/- (110,563,228 equity shares of Rs.5/- each).

Shares of WOCKHARDT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.635.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 621.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 220390 in over 5251 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 647 and intraday low of 622.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 140439586.
