Zee Learn Ltd approves allotment of 217,606 shares

The ESOP allotmetn sub-committee of Zee Learn Limited at its meeting held today, i.e., on April 24, 2017 has approved the allotment Of 217,606 Shares Upon Exercise Of Stock Options.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has increased from 322,642,381 equity shares of Rs. 1 each aggregating Rs. 322,642,381 to 322,859,987 equity shares of Rs. 1 each aggregating Rs. 322,859,987.

Shares of ZEE LEARN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.48.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 47.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 52818 in over 236 trades.
