HDFC Bank Ltd grants Options Under Employee Stock Option Scheme ESOS 28

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of HDFC Bank Ltd has today granted 16,200 equity stock options of the face value of Rs. 2/- ('options') each at the grant price of Rs. 1462.15 (Rupees One Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Two and Paise Fifteen only).

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1496.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1461.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 515490 in over 10292 trades.
