Cybermate Infotek Ltd approves issue of 75 lakh shares, 39 lakh warrants

The adjourned board meeting of Cybermate Infotek Ltd was held today and approved the issue of 75 Lakh Equity Share warrants to the Promoter and 39 Lakh Equity Share Warrants to persons other than promoters on Preferential basis as per the provisions of Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2009 as amended.

An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held on Thursday the 18th May 2017 to seek the approval of the shareholders of the company pursuant to the provisions of Sec 42/62 of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 as amended.

Shares of CYBERMATE INFOTEK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3.74 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3.93. The total number of shares traded during the day was 491739 in over 237 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4.12 and intraday low of 3.74. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1883370.
