Gulshan Polyols allots convertible warrants

Gulshan Polyols Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 22, 2007, has approved the allotment of convertible share warrants (on preferential basis) to the following persons:

1. M/s. Carwin Mercantiles Pvt Ltd, Kolkata: 5,00,000 No of warrants / shares

2. Simple Agarwal, Uttar Pradesh: 8,00,000 No of warrants / shares

3. Monisha Agarwal, New Delhi: 6,00,000 No of warrants / shares

4. Banwari Lal Todi, Uttar Pradesh: 2,00,000 No of warrants / shares.
