Aurobindo Pharma Ltd approves allotment Of 15000 Equity Shares Of Re.1/- Each Under ESOP

The Nomination and Remuneration / Compensation committee of Aurobindo Pharma Ltd on March 30, 2017 has allotted 15000 equity shares of Re.1/- each under ESOP of the Company.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has increased from 58,58,67,409 equity shares of Rs. 1 each to 58,58,82,409 equity shares of Rs. 1 each.
